Is Tusshar Kapoor A Strict Or Lenient Father?- Watch As The Actor Opens Up On His Parenting Style And More!
In an exclusive interview with SpotboyE.com, Tusshar Kapoor speaks about fatherhood, his digital debut and also Bollywood comeback
Tusshar Kapoor is a single parent and is raising Laksshya with all his heart. Dressed in a light mauve shirt, all composed and calm, Tusshar was in a total mood to share the joys of parenting with us. We met the actor as he is set to make a digital debut with AltBalaji's Booo...Sabki Phategi, along with Mallika Sherawat, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda and Sanjay Mishra.
While talking about the challenges of raising a child single-handedly, Tusshar said that he was always ready to be a single parent. He further added that although he hasn't been on the other side of the fence to know what's it like to be married and parenting a child in that scenario, but feels Laksshya gets double dose of love from him, which at times irks the li'l one too.
So, is Tusshar a strict father and pat comes the the reply, "I am quite lenient. I do correct Laksshya as he is at the age where kids are mischievous. For instance, whenever he is throwing things around, I shout at him. But over all, I am lenient and don't control him too much."
We also asked him, what sort of a parent is sister Ekta Kapoor, and Tusshar replied, "Ekta is a different parent altogether. She is extremely friendly with both the kids. In fact, she has built a creche in her office and takes both the kids there. With Laksshya, she is more indulgent than me. She keeps posting so many pictures with him on social media that I don't put anything. For Ekta, Laksshya is her first born and she means that."
The conversation also touches upon his comeback with Mallika Sherawat after 17 years as the duo appeared together in Jeena Sirf Mere Liye. Tusshar, who turns producer with Akshay Kumar's Laxmmi Bomb, talks about the director's controversy which got the film in limelight recently and also reveals his big plans about returning to Bollywood with a thriller.
